Terms of Service ("Agreement")
This Agreement governs your use of the WUS Collection online store ("WUS Collection," "we," or "our") and sets forth the rights and obligations of both customers and WUS Collection. By using our online store, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase.
1. Customers' Rights:
a. Right to Return:
Customers have the right to return the purchased product within 3 days of delivery, provided that the product is in its original condition.
b. Right to Exchange:
Customers have the right to exchange the purchased product within 3 days of delivery, subject to availability and any price differences.
c. Right to Privacy Protection:
Customers' privacy is important to us. We will protect your personal information and use it only for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
d. Right to Request Data Deletion:
Customers have the right to request the deletion of their collected data at any time. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
e. Right to Request Live Images:
Customers have the right to request live images of the product before placing an order, subject to availability and feasibility.
2. WUS Collection's Rights:
a. Data Collection:
WUS Collection has the right to collect customers' data, including name, address, mobile number, IP address, and social media account details, for the purpose of order processing and customer service.
b. Additional Information Collection:
WUS Collection may collect additional information, such as ID card details, permanent address, and workplace information, from third-party sources, if required, to verify customer identity or prevent fraud.
c. Damage Claims:
WUS Collection has the right to demand damage claims in case a customer intentionally refuses a parcel upon a delivery attempt. WUS Collection may use the collected data to enforce the damage claim.
d. Data Analysis and Planning:
WUS Collection has the right to use the collected data for analysis and planning purposes to improve our products and services.
3. Conditions of Service:
a. Cash on Delivery (COD) Service:
Cash on delivery service will be offered only to verified home/office addresses.
b. Parcel Opening:
Parcels are not allowed to be opened before payment at the destination.
c. Refund or Exchange Eligibility:
Refund or exchange will be offered only if the product is returned in its intact packaging and has not been used.
d. Refund Process:
Refunds can only be processed via banking channels. The refund will be processed within 7 days after the product is returned.
e. Damage to Returned Product:
Refund or exchange may be denied if the returned product is damaged, and the damage was not reported on the claim request.
f. Order Placement Confirmation:
Orders placed on the website or any other platform do not require any further confirmation.
g. Order Cancellation:
Order cancellation requests can be made within 4 hours of booking. Customers are responsible for contacting WUS Collection through any of the provided contact channels to request cancellation.
h. Customer Liability for Order Cancellation:
If a customer cancels an order upon delivery attempt, the customer is liable to pay for any damages caused.
i. Order Confirmation:
Order confirmation implies that the customer agrees to all the terms, conditions, and rights of both parties as stated in this Agreement.
j. Legal Proceedings:
This document does not require a signature and can be used as evidence in case of any legal proceedings.
